Ruben Cruz

Ruben Cruz, Esq., Director of Contracts and Procurement, has dedicated over 20 years to public service – from serving on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, to working across the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal agencies. Notably, through his role at U.S. Army Futures Command, Ruben helped stand up the Army’s first AI Center, leading finance and business operations. With a dedication to warfighters and their missions, he provides MetroStar with leadership in contracts and legal affairs, while supporting operations, compliance, risk management, and more as the company continues to grow with our Federal and commercial customers.
