Phil Nolan

Phil Nolan, a member of MetroStar’s Board of Directors, is a dynamic leader in the federal industry, serving as a General Partner at Blue Delta Capital Partners. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science in engineering management from the Catholic University of America, and a J.D. from George Washington University’s National Law Center. He is a member of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. bars, and is a Certified Director through UCLA’s Director Education and Certification Program. As a U.S. Navy Veteran sitting on various boards across the industry and country, and through his tenured career, Phil has immense industry knowledge that aligns with MetroStar’s recent and ongoing pursuit of innovative work.
