Ali Reza Manouchehri

Ali Reza Manouchehri, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, launched MetroStar in 1999 while studying at George Mason University. He has since transformed MetroStar from a small startup into a powerhouse of over 500 elite professionals, delivering groundbreaking solutions across the federal landscape.

Manouchehri firmly believes in the power of emerging technology and champions MetroStar’s Innovation Lab, a cutting-edge initiative designed to enhance AI-enabled solutions and next-generation digital services for government agencies.

Beyond MetroStar, Manouchehri serves on the PSC Board, chairs Zoomph, and supports education through university partnerships. He also champions philanthropy as a Board Trustee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (National Capital Region).

His forward-thinking leadership has earned him some of the industry’s highest honors, including WashingtonExec’s 2022 CEO of the Year and the 2023 CEO of the Year at the Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards.
